Tipsi frames are slightly more curved than Masa, Aslak and Jasper. This frame is a good option for anglers who want to maximize the benefit of curved frames that block the unwanted sunrays coming from the sides efficiently. Thanks to the snug curved frame Tipsi sunglasses fit most of the head very nicely. Tipsi model is available in every possible flite series and lens technology.
The lens color determines how much light will pass through a lens. To keep vision optimal, you need less light in sunny conditions and more in cloudy weather.
PhotoCarbon Photocarbon lenses are polycarbonate photochromic lenses. Polycarbon lenses offer great clarity with superior shatter resistance. This means less distortion, more fish spotted and extremely durable lenses. Polycarbonate lenses are also lighter than normal plastic or glass lenses.
Photochromic lenses are the best all-round option and work in almost every condition from low light overgrown rivers to bright sunshine. Photochromic lenses darken on exposure to UV radiation. PhotoCarbon series lenses start very light and darken very linearly when UV light is increased.
NOTE: Photochromic lenses are not a good option for driving a car as the UV light does not penetrate the car windshield and lenses will not darken in bright sunlight.
